Very few colleges like SSN EEE department have a great research program which the students themselves started to apply what they study in labs and also train their department juniors and keep the research tradition going. So my point is anyone who knows to cut copy paste and has money to register for an International conference by paying so and so rupees can easily get selected. These conferences mostly care about money making unlike few reputed ones like IEEE where they have commendable panel team.
